Today we had to work by ourselves I feel like it helps a bit to get back on track. The book was called the Rain before Rainbow it was a very cool book and had very cool illustrations. I did a design we had to do some collage I made a rainbow collage I love what I did I think it might be one of my favourites.
Today for play make create I worked with Shirley. The book was Theodore the Unsure. We made a throne for Theodore. We made it out of wool, string, and fabric. We made a platform for the phone to sit up Shirley made three pillows and I made the seat. We were going to make one for the baby but we didn't have enough time to. it was really hard to get the seat to stay up and the bottom to stick to it because we were not allowed to use hot glue we had to use tap the wool does not like to stick to the tap and it was really hard to get it to stick to the chair but in the end, we just put it on the ground. This was really fun and I think if we had more time we would get more done!
Today for play make create I worked with Scarlett. We made a TP out of wood. The hardest thing to do was getting the logs to stand up and make sure the logs don't fall. The easy part was probably making me outside. In the big space, I would make a garden but we did have time to. I think if we had more time we would of made a garden. I think it was a really cool because we have a big yard. It is really cool because we let other people play with it is still up and it is not broken!! I am really happy with it. I think it is a supernova!! Scarlett photo bombed the photo.
Term 2, Week 1 2021
During Term 1 we have been practicing our addition and subtraction knowledge through the online program called NumBots. At the start, it was super easy but progressively got more challenging.
I am now on the level of NumBots Titanium
I enjoy NumBots because it helps me learn my pluses and takeaways a bit better than before and it is really fun!
What I find challenging is it is hard when it sometimes doesn't explain well and what we are meant to do.
This week we have started TTRockstars. This is an online program which helps us to learn our timetables. It really hurts your fingers and it is hard because you want to go face.

Today for play make create I worked with Scarlett we did a person looking out a window but we didn't get to finish it but it still looks cool we made a path and some rocks to go around the path. I had to draw a girl looking out the window she had blown and blonde hair you couldn't see her face you could see the back of her body but not the front. I really like the play make create for this week!
Whetu Fun Day
Last Thursday we had a Whetu Fun Day as our camp was postponed. Our teachers planned a fun day for us instead! We participated in a Whetu Amazing Race, a range of different fun rotations, a BBQ lunch, and play on the council playground then we finished the day with an Easter Egg hunt and an ice block.
My favorite part of the Amazing Race was when I and my friends were going around the hole of ngatea my friend’s names are Marley, Shirley, Haven, Scarlett, and Lola it was really fun because when the teacher said that we were going to be in groups of six we were sitting next to each other and we were like we have got our group. When we did not have a parent because we could go our own ways but it was kinder hard because got a bit stuck but then the teachers helped us. The code was what happened when the egg laughed? It cracked up!!
The rotation I enjoyed the most was the dress challenge it was out of newspaper. I worked in a group with Scarlett, Cullen, and Franklin our model was Cullen it was fun because we made Cullen have a crop-top on and a skirt. He had a basket to carry his eggs around and some bunny ears we had a wig on him but he took it off. When the teacher said to take everything off he had earrings and we ripped them off it was so fun.
During the Easter Egg Hunt I found my stick I found it in a tree we have got three trees it was the one closes to the path it was a fun find a lot of people were over by the tree but I was the one that found it. One other person was right there but I bet them to it. Yay!
It was a really fun day. I am so happy that the teacher put their time and effort into the challenges and the food and for the whole day. It was so fun I am so happy the teachers did this for us!!!
